It is not a just some kind of network erorr. It is restriction by 2 params - ip adress and country of account. so there is nothing to trobleshoot because THEY did it purposefully

They "shadow banned" IP of CIS. So non-CIS account will not help. I've accounts on epic games (turkish) and steam (argentinean) and still can't play
