Clan invites disabled
Hello,
I haven't played Destiny in years and have only recently been getting back into it. Upon returning, I found that receiving clan invites was disabled for my account. Is this something you can assist me with?

1 ReplyThis happens sometimes with older accounts or ones that had parental controls or privacy settings set back in the day. Head over to your Bungie profile settings here: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Settings/Privacy Scroll down to the "Clan Invites" section and make sure it’s set to "Allow". If it’s grayed out or locked, it could be tied to your account’s birthdate or platform settings (like Xbox or PlayStation privacy settings). Updating those on the platform side sometimes fixes it. If everything looks fine and it’s still not working, you can try reaching out to Bungie Support via this form: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new and select Account Recovery or Restrictions as the category. Let me know if it’s still blocked after that and I’ll help you dig deeper.
