I'd argue that it has been going on for so long that most folks are just fed up at this point. I couldn't be bothered to run the raids during the Brave Arsenal event so I did the bare minimum to unlock Super Black and when the latest Guardian Games came around I knew that the rewards would just end up being converted into masterwork/enhancement cores. Unlocked the trace rifle and skipped it in its entirety. At least Heavy Metal had something more than just a dismantleable and offered more substance than the dogwater events we've seen in the past.
