Seems to be alot of the player base has the Fomo issue.

I dare say for some, Destiny is their life. Others are hanging on in quiet desperation to see if the game will improve. I just don't get FOMO in Destiny. It's like being on the Titanic as it hits the iceberg and panicking about missing the return journey.

It is sad isnt it I will be honest I used to be a Fomo person haha when covid was around now then when I was allowed back out started playing football again and all the good stuff life has. I honestly think the measures put in for covid has damaged the society and bungie took advantage of peoples poor mental health they should be ashamed to be honest but you will get people saying its a you problem etc no its a bungie problem taken the fun out and replacing it with tasks like a job. I feel sorry for players in that loop especially lonely males who live in there mamas basement as they are addicted to games also that is not a dig at anyone. Obesity mental health and general health is damaged through games like this but all they care about is figures who turned on this week to do bounties or whatever bungie needs a hard look in the mirror. I will not be purchasing the new DLC might in the future but defo not pre ordering. I like playing once a week do a raid or some gms but they made it all the old stuff is no good anf ned to grind a new gear they can jump they should of made a D3 and left D2 alone spanners haaha.

I also won't be buying the new dlc. The game should have ended with TFS and a hint of D3. Marathon has turned into a massive headache for Bungie, and it's difficult to be positive about the future of the studio. Personally, I think they are screwed.

The lads who owned it are laughing at everyone at Sony now to be honest.

Also the weapon ya get with the expansion pre order is the definition of pay to win madness.

You’re right it should be that simple. When you’ve invested so much into something for over ten years it’s not always so easy.

That might be getting into sunk cost fallacy territory. 🙁 -
