Hey there. Just to clarify, it looks like you've picked your blank Steam account as the Active account, rather than the PSN account which has around 600 hours of playtime. So the initial problem is not related to Silver, you're not seeing your PSN characters because at the stage in the process where it asked "Choose your Active Characters - The characters you choose will be the characters that appear on all platforms", you chose the Steam account wth no characters rather than the PSN account. Then you confirmed it on the following page by pressing the button on the following, "You have chosen Steam as your Active characters. Your other characters will not be deleted, but will be inaccessible while cross-save is acive. Make these my Active characters on all platforms." In what way did you find the above inadequately explained? How could Bungie word it more clearly? When it comes to Silver purchases (which is a separate issue to the above, if you'd have picked PSN as the Active account, the Silver purchase wouldn't have stopped the characters showing) you were asked to confirm four things as one of the final steps, a set of four checkboxes that prevented cross-save from being activated once you did so. The first one on the list was "I understand that Cross Save cannot be deactifvated within 90 days of purchasing Silver, even if that purchase happened before activation". What was your understanding of this clause and how could Bungie make it clearer? Unfortunately the cross-save process has so many steps, with confirmation tickboxes and confirmation pages because once activated, the cooldowns are long. The cooldowns are unskippable, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed.
