Same here. The tiny amount of armor pieces I get are low stats also. I have the ghost modifier. I just delete the armor and unlock ornament

The problem with that is for some reason the ornaments are broken, any other ornament like for example Iron Banner gives you the benefits, but these seasonal ornaments don't give you the bonus like other ornaments do. Bungie REALLY dropped the ball on the armor & the terrible armor stats.
