Which I just never understood since logically longer range faster firing guns with lower recoil are a better pick for more situations. And heavy recoil slower firing guns with less range would be seen as less desirable in most situations. It would be one thing if rifle type guns had less mobility and swing speed, but that's just not how this game functions. Same with shot guns and sidearms having such low range.
