This issue is happening to me constantly. It happens occasionally in raids for prolonged periods (multiple hours) and always in crucible matches (for usually the whole match duration). It consists of mainly my enemies, my allies, and my guns almost always being unloaded and replaced with that weird galaxy texture. It’s really problematic as it means I often can’t aim my guns accurately, and it makes crucible almost entirely unplayable since enemies are incredibly hard to spot past 5 or 10 m until they start shooting at me. It’s been happening since I returned for final shape and it went away about two weeks ago, but is now re-emerging with the same consistency as before. Resetting my console or game barely helps if at all.
