He made more money this way. The game was hurting so he inflated numbers to make it look better and sold it off. Now Sony has to clean up the mess and Pete will get another big fat payout and buy more cars.

He did something to better the company….allowed Sony to take over 😂

Should've used that money in a better way, like fixing up that awful hairline.

If that is true (only seeing that article.. and some other comments)... that personality type is not fit to be a CEO and should have retired and handed the reins to someone who cared. In fact he should do that immediately unless Sony specifically has contracted him to stay for some F'n reason. -
The sad part is that this is sort of behavior from corporate leaders is more of the rule than the exception. We are all faceless ADP numbers to them. Hire when you have cash to spend, fire when you miss your revenue goals.

If there’s any consolation we can all take from recent news, it’s that a very wealthy man has 20 more cars. Thank god.

4 RepliesThis is probably true. I love how he tweets things as if he’s part of the community and cares. I think the writing is on the wall for the big wigs.

1 ReplyYou guys are so inconsiderate. Clearly Pete is just distraught at the recent shortcomings and this is his coping mechanism. You think it’s easy picking out $2 million dollars in classic cars to buy ?
