Hi there. You will need to be signed into Bungie.net using any of your other linked accounts (PS/Xbox/Steam). Go to your Settings > Account Linking tab and click the "Unlink" button next to the Epic account. Authenticate the login credentials for your account and then repeat the process to link your other Epic account.

hey, thanks but its sayes that I cant: "Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. disabling cross-save does not unlink the account from bungie. you need to sign into/authenticate the old epic account in order to unlink it as well before you can link a new epic account.

That likely means the username / password you're entering may be for the wrong account. If you are having issues authenticating your current linked account, see Epic Games Support for assistance with logging in.

[quote] there is a way to move the characters from the old epic games account to the new one?[/quote] that is not possible. once created, characters, gear and progress are ALWAYS tied to the platform/account they were created on. you cannot 'transfer' anything. you can only 'access' it from a different platform via cross-save.
