Bungies answer to making this game more challenging, and I’m all for that, is to flood arenas with more enemies tank them up to the point your getting one shot by Red bars! I thought I’d give last weeks exotic mission a go, solo, but watched a content creator try and create a guide and take 2 hours and die 56 times. At one point spawning and getting instantly killed over and over, before giving up. Im an average player but this is becoming more frustrating than FUN since Final Shape launched. If I want spawn die, spawn die I can play COD

You are not alone. Quite a bit of fun has been suppressed by a greater number of enemies and less feeling of being powerful in almost any activity. The gap between the higher level players and those looking for a less sweaty or less challenging experience has also grown quite a bit. I have come to the point where I recognize that an increasing amount of content is simply not fun to engage in. The players that want an increased challenge usually handle it pretty easily anyway, while many of the rest of us are playing less and engaging in fewer activities.

11 RepliesWhat's "fun" for you casuals then? A big empty room with 2 red bar enemies? A "boss" that dies if you so much as look at it? That makes you feel powerful and mighty? Because clearing an entire room full of ads without even breaking a sweat and killing bosses that are actually challenging is my idea of fun.

Dude please don’t complain about number of enemies or their health. From my experience, after failing multiple times, harder enemies can eventually be dealt with guerrilla ninja techniques.. but when they tie a mechanics with that or a timer as well, that becomes a nightmare.

6 RepliesWhat content created did you watch fail running an exotic mission?

2 RepliesI'm not even sure which one you are talking about as there are several with different degrees of difficulty. That said, you profess to be average. I think this might be the answer to the problem. Don't reach for the stars when you can barely reach the top of the trees.
