Why is this game so against casual solo gaming for Pinnacle gear?
Not everyone that plays wants to constantly feel like they're in a pressure cooker fight where (for example) we're forced onto a tiny platform that maintains relentless splash damage from replenishing 360 degree enemy fire, nor does everyone want to constantly find a fire team to play with just to get gear every single time.
I don't doubt there's a good number of gamers here that can do solo runs on everything, but I am not one of them, nor do I ever intend to be. I just like to casually game solo a lot and also enjoy games where I can upgrade and improve my stats.

3 RepliesA lot of this game is match made, who would have thought you’d need people to play a multiplayer game. And there are quite a few pinnacle sources that don’t require communicating with other people.

1 ReplyFor you to get pinnacles solo will be a slow grind but doable.

There are currently 3 pinnacles for the first three completions of Pathfinder each week, and if you have the Episode unlocked you should also be able to get the pinnacles from those activities. There is also the final mission that has the pinnacle drop at the end as well. For the other activities such as Dungeons and Raids the Fireteam Finder is pretty awesome, I have had very good luck with it so far. Hope this helps, don't worry too much about getting to 2000 quickly, there is still plenty of time before the next Episode and I highly doubt they will raise it until the next DLC if that even occurs.

Eight days of Iron Banner gave 24 pinnacles.

I’ve got to pinnacle cap on all three a couple Of weeks ago and have only done one raid Plenty of pinnacles activities for solo players

3 RepliesIts not against it just goes slower. Which kind of has to be the case if there's going to be both solo and team based pinnacles.

To be honest the only thing you would need communication for pinnacles are raids and maybe dungeons. Besides that you can either matchmake with someone or the game matchmakes you with people.
