Resilience also does not provide damage reduction in PvP
Only a less flinches and more HP (plus barricade cooldown)
Damage reduction in resilience is only for PvE

And I have heard of more hp but it feels like 1 extra hp. It still takes the same amount of shots(precision) either way but it would be nice if flinching actually followed the stat and whatever mods you may have.

Ya it's meant to only work in pve however either there's an issue with resilience or they increased damage again. After Act 2 released suddenly I started taking way more damage in all content.

Yeah from what I heard from others, dmg is definitely increased and in pvp it seems the higher ranked people get an advantage to get to their previous rank faster in comp and trials. Normal pvp does seem to behave normally with everything though. My setup works perfect in anything but the sweat modes.

It's still a sham I get flinched while aiming the same amount I would without the mods and stat
