It's just a genuine question because if this is real why is it if a regular player was found doing this or breaking TOS they would get banned but someone who has raised money for bungie gets off with a warning why ? After final shape being stellar this is the last thing I'd think bungie would want to be labeled with especially since people already believe that streamers get special treatment are they just trying to confirm it ?
I'm not accusing anyone just merely making commentary from this video discussing it and ultimately I'd just reassurance to know regular players and more well known players are held to the same standards.

This is all fake news just to get clicks and reactions, please stop sharing it. If you suspect someone is cheating, report the individual and Bungie will look into it. All players, no matter who they are, are subject to enforcement action from Bungie if they violate the legal documents they agreed to. You cannot use the public forums to call out a player, and nor can you use them to report possible cheating. Use the below link to report any malicious players. All reports are review by Bungie security. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497451-Report-Suspected-Cheating-and-Poor-Behavior Note: The only warning Bungie issues is for having a poor connection and frequently leaving matches. Players who cheat will not be given a warning, they will be banned straight away. Do not fall for fake news posted by random people on the internet. Stick to Bungie's official sources for official information. Bungie's ban policy - http://bungie.net/ban
