Are streamers openly getting favoritism ?

It's just a genuine question because if this is real why is it if a regular player was found doing this or breaking TOS they would get banned but someone who has raised money for bungie gets off with a warning why ? After final shape being stellar this is the last thing I'd think bungie would want to be labeled with especially since people already believe that streamers get special treatment are they just trying to confirm it ? I'm not accusing anyone just merely making commentary from this video discussing it and ultimately I'd just reassurance to know regular players and more well known players are held to the same standards.

Bungie "claims" that they have a zero tolerance policy, but really this just shows they don't. Is it preferential treatment, absolutely. He's a streamer, a well known one so bungie decided to just give a small warning. When asked about it they responded really just saying that since he didn't get very many rewards with it, that it's just a warning. So much for zero tolerance, so much for fair treatment, and really just makes me lose most of the respect I had for those working at bungie. Granted this is my opinion, but it's what it seems like to me based on the situation
