The issues you are describing sounds like it may be an ISP issue. Destiny Item Manager is a third party web application. If your connection is dropping packets, it could delay the web communication to the Destiny 2 servers. Have you contacted your ISP to see if there are any outages or issues with your circuit?

Edited by Demoniser: 7/22/2024 4:52:43 AMThe Comp issue has been going on forever. I reckon I got in once last year and not at all so far this year. DIM has been worse since the expansion dropped. I keep getting alerts from DIM that Destiny servers are slow.. it doesn't affect anything else I do or play. So it's NOT my ISP. I give up..

You may not like the answer, but it is in fact either your network or an issue with your ISP. Destiny is not played on servers, so if there were issues with the game, everyone would be affected by it. The fact you can’t connect to other websites/ apps as well makes it even more clear it’s an issue on your end. -
As I said.. it only affects me as above and not in anything else like GMs etc.. or with any other games, software etc. I can connect to everything else. It's only DIM that struggles. We have the best internet available as my wife needs it for her design work, and she has no problems either.
