falsely banned , due to internet speed on deployment

i was deployed to Africa last year in July, played a bit, then come around October, i log in and says you've been banned, Ive been appealing since. lack of customer support and individual cases is awful. no wonder the game is dying. Ive been playing since literally day 1 on d1, no complaints. i just want my account back, if not a full refund of everything ever purchased.

  • if thats the case, i know quite alot of of others users, and they havent. it would be one thing to be told why, but its a generalized ban. i dont even use the weapons, they are crap imo i just wanted the armor, and god forbid u gotta play sweats to get a cosmetic. i also know the keyboard warriors are at their best behind their desk. but to just be banned instantly, no warning or hey u should stop. i mean my history is from D1 day 1 no issues, if i could literally speak to someone from bungie that would be great. but thats ok. everyone i know anyway has stopped playing cause of the lack of creative content, just new paint on same game.
