For me it’s simple: if it uses the ability energy, it should grant the full benefits of using that ability: none of this picking and choosing they constantly do. If it grants near infinite use (like RDM) then it should be tuned appropriately (first dodge grants full benefits, subsequent grant select benefits). Promethium Spur is weird as it does grant near infinite uses but requires constant kills and moving to do so. I think Promethium Spur is bad enough that they can grant each rift full benefit, especially since it’s not like you’re gonna stack like 5 Hellions around you: you can only have one lol.
Really I think Promethium Spur needs a ground up rework but that’s for a different discussion.

Yeah. That would be best case scenario for all depletions to proc the appropriate response and balance around but I'll take what I can get for now. Haha. Especially in the case of Promethium Spur because of its strange activation and how youd need to move around the battlefield since where you kill an enemy may not be where you wish to actually be. That said a rework with some of the spirit of that double rift would be nice. Like maybe make two rifts? One on your person AND another at the place where an enemy dies.
