i was deployed to Africa last year in July, played a bit, then come around October, i log in and says you've been banned, Ive been appealing since.
lack of customer support and individual cases is awful. no wonder the game is dying.
Ive been playing since literally day 1 on d1, no complaints.
i just want my account back, if not a full refund of everything ever purchased.
