Refund me

Hey there. When The Final Shape's delay was announced, some platforms cancelled pending preorders. That is due to how they do not usually take payment until 10 days before the release date. The cancellation allows people to redo the order to agree to the new date. Check your payment method to check if the payment was actually taken. If it was taken, and you did not get refunded, then this is entirely between you and Sony. If the payment was not taken, then there was no need for a refund.
