  • Thanks - but this is utterly unhelpful. As you would see from my post here, this is exactly the method I have been using and getting zero response from.

  • It may appear as unhelpful but unfortunately that is all the help you can get from this forum. As stated this is for game related help so if you need assistance for the game then we can try to help with that. As the store has a dedicated support team, that do not visit this forum, they can be the only ones to assist you. If no reply has been sent then you may need to email them again. But if they are busy it will take time to work through the back log so all I can say is try to be patient.

  • There's "patient" - and then there's "no response after 5 months and no alternate point of contact" patient.
