Hi there! Please follow the steps outlined below to provide an accurate system report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running. 1. Restart your machine. 2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so). 3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly. 4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool. 5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file. 6. Go to pastebin.com 7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box. 8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button. 9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.

  • Your system report is missing a lot of information, including operating system, CPU and mainboard type. Your system is also reporting multiple LiveKernel events, 117 and 141. These have historically been tied to an issue with your GPU or your GPU driver. Please perform a clean installation of your driver. This can be done through the GeForce Experience application. On the Drivers tab, click on the three dots next to your currently installed driver, then click on Reinstall Driver. When prompted, click on the Custom Installation button. Then, in the next window, click on the Perform a Clean Installation. Once it is completed, please restart your computer and try again. If the issue persists, please generate a new DxDiag. Please ensure that the only information you would remove from the report, if desired, is the Machine Name, as all other fields are vital.

  • This could mean that your system is missing vital system files and your operating system is corrupted. Please try running the following command in a Command Prompt, as an Administrator: sfc /scannow Then, once the command runs, please take note of what the message states and reply back with that message.

  • Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

  • Your system reports are still generating LiveKernel event crashes, tied to your graphics card driver. If you performed a clean installation, please contact nVidia Support for further guidance in troubleshooting this issue.

  • Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Seems to be good in that regard, what else should I do
