Are you using auto fill to sign into Bungie.net? the #9521 account was created today

sorry yeah i have. i just tried signing up/ creating an account and linking and that didn't work at the very least i don't see an option to enter a specific bungie name / number. I have been having this issue for a while too.

On Steam, do you have multiple accounts/have multiple accounts linked to one email? You may be using one for the steam client and then a linked account while attempting to sign into Bungie.net

from what i can tell no, or at the very least if there are, they are deleted it seem to either make a new account out of the blue or connect to an xbox account i have not used for destiny in years
