Bungie Customer Support Required - Account/Cross Save Issue

Hi, I require customer support from Bungire regarding an issue with my account. I was unable to find a place for customers outside the Japanese or South Korean regions to submit a customer support ticket (see: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360057978711-Destiny-Contact-Forms). please let me know how I can get in touch withy Bungie customer support. Thank you.

    Hey there. If there is no contact form for the specific issue, the forum here is the correct place to request help. Note that Bungie's cross-save policies are clearly outlined and exceptions are not offered, and this will answer 99% of account/cross-save questions. What is the issue?

    • To Whom it May Concern, I do not undestand how your no exceptions policy can be considered acceptable. Today alone, at least 3 seperate posts have been made (This one, https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264129090?sort=0&page=0, and https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264130585?sort=0&page=0) regarding users being locked out of accesing their progression and the content they paid for. Whether the issue is a result of user error or international economic sanctions (in one of the cases), refusing to address these cases is not an acceptable way to treat your customers. Please contact me if you are willing to address this issue. Otherwise I leave this here as a note of feedback and I will be contacting platform support regarding refunding the content I no longer have access to.

      • You would post the issue on here, and then if necessary a mentor/BNGHelp can push it to the relevant team if there's an issue that does need their intervention. If it's about the 90 day waits then it won't be reduced/overridden
