If this was not your intended action, then this means your platform accounts may have been compromised. I would highly recommend changing your passwords on all linked accounts and ensure that two factor authentication is enabled. I would also enable any local security policies, such as local passcodes. Whether it was due to accidental deletion or unauthorized access, Bungie cannot restore lost or deleted characters or items.
