Losing alignment in Dual Destiny Mission bug
I died during the transition from the 1st and 2nd encounters of the Dual Destiny exotic mission, and I lost the Darkness Alignment buff and could not progress the mission anymore. Swapping plates, stepping on and off, and jumping off the ledge again did not fix it and we were forced to restart.

A Dev myself in other business, on death, seems that the Character Reset is too thorough, but only some times. My thought/suggestion - Maybe when a Character Spawns back, check the other Fireteam member and set alignment buff accordingly.

2 RepliesI've personally not experience the issue you are describing here, but have seen it reported by others. One post stated that if you leave the fireteam and rejoin it will fix the alignment issue.
