Exploration shader sounds like it's a random drop when you, you know, explore

Every item in badges tend to say that. Even the neomuna ones, moon stuff, and other locations will always say "Found Exploring 'area'", even if they come from a specific triumph or activity. And it seems to be a crapshoot on consistency tho. Like The First Knife ship says it comes from a triumph. On the other hand, I've seen the moon gear, and some neomuna stuff drop from triumphs but say Found Exploring.... Just weird consistency issues all over the game tbh
