Is this an isolated error that needs to be solved individually or is it a collective problem in the Steam service? I also read about the same problem on other forums, but I did not find any solution. Will you subsequently mention this problem on the support pages as a common problem? And will the solution be displayed there or will you give me information through this conversation after the problem is removed? Are you working with Steam on this issue? I suspect that the problem is in the communication between the service and your platform. It seems to be incorrectly pairing purchases with content. Or is it possible that they have bad descriptions on the product about the DLC and customers accidentally buy the wrong expansion? I do not understand that.
