I DONT HAVE ACCES TO THE CAMPAIGN !

Hello Bungie, I buy the Final Shape Annual pass + the Final Shape Anual pass Upagrade when it was announced but now it isn't letting me play the campaign at all ! I hope you can fix this so I don't need to pay again or at least get a refund ! I have picture too but its not allowing me to post a picture

Season pass premium track rewards are account based and cannot be transferred to other players via these systems.     • Allo there, If you pre ordered some time ago then likely your pre order was cancelled or refunded. You'll need to check with your platform / bank to make sure payment was successful and if they did cancel then you'll need to buy the expansion.
