I just commented on another post on how seemingly it’s as if “Bungie just took the preorder money and ran” and that post was removed. Like wth? Way to block our First Amendment Rights. My lawyer is getting some good material.

Yeah... no. That's wrong. You get no first amendment rights on the internet.

You must not be American. RIP -
No, I am. But realize the internet is not. You're not protected online, just like you're not protected in a private business. You roll up into a McDonald's and start talking some crazy -blam!-, you're likely to get tossed out.
-
You don't understand how the First Amendment works. The First Amendment is restriction on the "Congress" making laws that abridge your speech; "Congress shall make no law..." Bungie is a private company NOT a Congress and you are a guest on their forum. They can abridge your speech all they want for any reason.
-
Lmao what a worm.

Bungie’s lawyers would have a field day if you gave them a fight. It’d be entertaining…try it, see how it goes 😂
-
And here I thought Americans couldn't get any dumber 😂

You’re not American yet you claim to be an expert in constitutional law. What is up with these Russian trolls online geez -
You’re not American yet you claim to be an expert in constitutional law. What is up with these Russian trolls online geez
Assuming you are, posting what you have explicitly proves the "dumb American" comment.
-
I didn't claim anything. And if you think I'm Russian because I know you're embarrassing yourself and you can't sue Bungie for anything then I guess I'm Russian

You’re not getting it. I’m insinuating that a non-American who doesn’t live in America has no idea about constitutional law and how to circumvent it unless his name is Vladimir Pootin. The jig is up. P.S. the fact that you can’t say Voldemort’s real name on this platform says who Bungie is working for. -

I know Voldemorts is the bad guy in Harry Potter, right? The dude w/o a nose? Soooo, what’s his real name and why can’t you say it?

Told ya, Voldemort’s name doesn’t pop up. -
The Russian dictator…?
-blam!-? The President of Russia? Or Voldemort the dictator of Russia? I’m so confused….Maybe I should watch a Harry Potter movie…that or care enough about crâp politics in this clown world run by world leaders who meet in luxurious caves to discuss how the next year(s) should be handled.

This guy’s officially lost his mind 💀

These posts always make me smile, thank you. 👍

PLEASE contact your lawyer and keep us updated. Nobody ever follows through and it's time someone showed Bungie that they aren't above the law And, again, please let us know how it goes so we can all take a victory lap together

Class Action eligible for various infractions but ultimately not worth it. Letting Sony absorb Bungie would be the best option here for the community. -
You do need an Account to log into the Fourms so it is partially Private. The First Amendment Right: The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws respecting an establishment of religion; prohibiting the free exercise of religion; or abridging the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights. Now if a Company is violation this, the Government can step it as Bungie is based within the USA. Bungie dose get a Say about what can and cant be said on their Fourm. Like no Religious Talks...i get it..its a video game..lets keep it on that. But i will say that the "Those we cant speak of" do get nit picky, and go crazy with anything Critical of bungie.
