Went on Bestbuy.com to purchase final shape. Didn’t realize until after my receipt email went through preorder Lightfall. Best Buy said there’s nothing they can do but reach out to the developer. Need help!

4 RepliesCall your bank and stop payment if Best Buy continues to refuse to help. It would be legal to do so since they charged you for something that doesn't exist. It's not legal to charge you for quite literally nothing.

1 ReplyGo back to whom you purchased it from! Tell them the situation if they fail to help call the bank and get the money back! Give the seller the opportunity to rectify it first.

1 ReplyRather than trying to contact Bungie you might want to reach out to Customer Support for the platform (ie. Steam, Xbox, Sony) for which you mistakenly purchased the expansion to see if there are any steps they can take on their end to issue a refund or Best Buy store credit. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

2 RepliesIt doesn't matter. They are the one that need to sort this out. If it's physical or digital, they are the ones that need to refund/fix/change your pre-order. I found out Best Buy likes to do things like this and string you along so you can either keep w.e it is you tried to buy or just go to(in this case) bungie to fix the issue. Man up. Speak to a manger and get you money

Your first mistake was buying through best buy. They dont support physical copies of hardly anything now. Not that i think should be mandatory but i like to buy certain collectors editions, movies, etc hard copy. I wont shop there any more.
