New Titan Exotic Chest
The new exotic chest piece for titans looks like it will be a meta pick. Charge up rocket shots with precision hits and kills, then release them on class ability activation. Doing so will not only do sizable damage, but will also grant a 35% damage buff to rocket launchers. The damage buff also appears to work with rocket sidearms.

2 RepliesEdited by Eatz: 5/29/2024 1:08:05 PMI dunno, this will have to contend with Cuirass and Pyrogale for optimal DPS load outs, but I can see it seeing use in a specific rocket loadout on prismatic with thruster. It’s also depending on if the rocket damage can stack with radiant. If it DOESN’T, that’s a lot of optimality gone.

8 RepliesNot enough damage to be considered “mandatory” or “OP” but enough to warrant the exotic slot. Believe I saw it also works with mountain top due to the “micro missile” frame. All exotics except the “Balance of Power” hunter boots look very strong.

4 RepliesDespite all it offers I most likely won't use it because it looks like the rockets only lock onto one target. This may affect utility outside of damage phases.
