As much as I don’t want to see my favorite weapon nerfed, it could also very well be getting a catalyst that gives it a major buff and this nerf was in preparation for that. Also, Bungie has a history of reverting nerfs to weapons or gear they previously touched in the past. Guess we’ll see.

    No perk in the game gives health back on hits so very much doubt it ,it's just a flat out nerf atm
