Thanks!

Hi ! Thanks for your reply ! I didn't know what to shoot in vids so I made an Strike ( it launched without finding anyone ), a Crucible ( it never launches since it didn't find anyone ) and a quick go to the Tower, where I was alone. But nothing really happens in these vids. I forgot to switch the interface for English, so everything written is French ;) But it's written first ''evaluating guardians" and quickly swith for "looking for guardians". Lemme know if you want me to shoot womething special in the vids. The link ( google drive folder ) : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15tepeMpam-0oe0AYSiIOucTQB4pSBzJr?usp=sharing

Hey there again, Everything else is working fine? only the matchmaking is not working?
-
I'm on PC and logging as an Xbox player. Sometimes when loading the game it fails but the game window doesn't crash ( like it's not freezing ) and a Xbox window is opening and says there is a connection bug ( the loading of the game is stuck at the connexion logo ). But it's been several months since I'm facing it, so way longer than the actual matchmaking bug. And just shutting the game down and loading it again solve the Xbox connection issue. Do you think there is a link?

Lil update here : So previously I was on the Wifi of the building I live in. But I just tried to play on my phone's internet ( hotspot ) and the matchmaking works fine again ! ( and there are people at the Tower, ... ). Any idea now on what's going on in my case ?
-
Hey! Apparently, nothing looks to help there. Do you have a topic on which I can focus on this page ? Btw, Destiny failed to launch for the last few hours, even BattleEye didn't launched. But no error message at all. I made some Windows updates and it's finally wroking fine, except the matchmaking which is facing the exact same trouble as before. I looked on my side and I've read that it can be the inbound and outbound that can make the matchmaking struggle this way. But I checked and apparently, I have to lines for Destiny2, one for private network and the other for public network so maybe this is not the issue here.

If I delete and reinstall the game, would I lose my progression ? And extensions I bought ?
-
Hey there again. If you delete and reinstall the game, you will not lose your progression as long as you don't delete your characters.
-
OK thanks that is great to know. I assume that I wouldn't loose the access to packages I bought -blam!- well? And so what about the fact that the matchmaking is working on my phone's internet ? Could it help me to solve the issue?
-
Hey there, Yes, you would not lose anything you bought.
-
Hi, So I just uninstall and reinstall the game but it doesn't change anything. The matchmaking is still bugged. Doesn't the fact that the matchmaking is working on my phone's internet can help to fix the issue ?
-
So I've juste proceeded to few more things to try to solve the problem : * changing the dns * checking settings to be sure other pc can see me since I'm on a public network * reseting the network card * checking firewall authorisations * checking for updates, pilots, ... But nothing fixed the matchmaking issue. Any new idea I can focus on ?

*that I bought as well

Hey so I tried to join friends and I finally got an errore message : moderate NAT not enough to allow proper connexion. But it seems to change enery time I try that. A friend tried to join me too : he got a message that he cannot join me cause of network issue but no error code. Therefore, I tried to change the DNS, the NAT and few other things, but nothing worked. But I checked the IP of the NAT and it's a private NAT ( double NAT ) but the Bungie help doesn't help since I'm on a public network. Soemthing that works sometime : trying a VPN ( proton vpn free is convenient enough ) and whenever I get a server with a moderate NAT, everything does work fine ( but i have to try many times since in the free version of proton vpn we cannot chose the NAT ).
