Not connecting to D2 severs
When conecting through this public ip range starting from 103.242.... and so on on all the public ip range from 0-255. But i get connected with other ips.
Please solve or go through this issue.

That’s an issue on your end or with your ISP. Nothing to do with Bungie. Destiny 2 is fully online with no reported issues. If there were issues, everyone would be affected. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide
