  • After the 30-day suspension period, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be restored. Below are some important information about closing your account. During the 30-day suspension period, your account will be suspended. You may not be able to log in and access all associated services, features and login portals, including, without limitation, all PlayStation Network services, data, applications and other features. If the Family Organizer (primary) account is closed, the above will also apply to any children's (secondary) accounts associated with the primary account. After the 30-day suspension period, your account will be closed and all consequences of such closure will be irreversible. In particular: By using a closed account, you will never be able to log in and access all associated services, features and portals, including, without limitation, all PlayStation Network services, data, applications and other features. this is what is written in a letter in my mail back in 2019 from Sony
