Decrepit Totem? its an item that drops from scorn while doing one of the patrols.

Possible yeah. Any idea what it’s for (was for)? I don’t have any related quests active, and the is the first time I’ve seen this drop

Weird that it would randomly drop without any active quest. Maybe somebody in the same patrol space had the quest active and it affected me somehow? No idea. This game is such a mess 😂 Anyway, thanks for clarifying 👍🏻
