Why am I all of a sudden receiving this message stating I must have online multiplayer gameplay all of a sudden. I've tried the Bungie help line as stated. What a joke

Parental control issues are caused by the platform telling D2 that you have them active. Try restarting your console/D2 and ensure any accounts signed in don't have it active (ie guest PS accounts)
