New System With RTX 4070 Getting Broccoli

I've recently set up a new system with Intel Core i9 13900K, 32GB DDR5, and an nVidia RTX 4070 12GB. I keep getting the game crashing with error code Brocolli. I've tried various suggestions including downclocking the GPU and VRAM, turning down or off various video settings in D2 itself. Uninstalling and reinstalling video drivers, even replacing the DDR5 RAM. I've tried running the video card in Debug Mode. I'd even try replacing the video card but the fact is that D2 is the only game that's having any problem. I've run a number of games including Starfield which is no slouch when it comes to pushing video hardware and it has never even so much as stuttered. I've seen various support forums and this appears to be a common enough problem, especially among people with nVidia RTX 40 series cards and the common culprit appears to be D2 and that dreaded broccoli. Please help me before I lose my mind. For what it's worth, my dxdiag is https://pastebin.com/8xTnfDAA

If you find this error, you may want to locate the GFSDK_Aftermath_lib.dll file (Program Files/Destiny 2/bin/x64) and copy it into your main Destiny 2 folder (Program files/Destiny 2). Your Destiny 2 Crash Info. could be located in:
Program Piles/Destiny 2/temp/crash_folder/pc_x64/crash_folder (random numbers)/crash_info.txt
Hope this helps resolve your issue.
