    That’s the problem, they won’t help, they probably run tickets through a automated machine and send out responses, and as you could probably tell by the post they’ve been less than helpful, I just wanna talk to a person about it, they don’t have chat support nor a customer service number. There’s nothing to be done that hasn’t been done as of yet.

    The Bungie Store does reply to all support tickets. I recommend you send them an email using the link below and make sure to follow the instructions in any emails sent to you. I've contacted the Bungie Store before and had no problems getting a response from them. The Bungie Store gets thousands of messages every day, so replying to them all and investigating them will take some time. You will need to be patient while you wait. The method they use to communicate with customers is good enough.

  • Ok, I understand that. However when I have been in touch with them, they never give me answers, first I told them I only received my emblem and not an update to “My Orders” and they tell me I’ll receive my emblem soon, even after I told them I had already gotten it? Then I ask for a refund and they send me shipping estimates for items I never ordered? Like can you see how annoyingly inept they seem to be?
