With the power leveling system being in limbo there are chance too much removal of stuff like that will reduce engagement. The people that like that kind of stuff tend to play with a lot of people that don't play as much a lot of the time. So the negativity and everyone feeling like they're not getting what they want times can be worsened. Some people would like power level to come back. If it could be done in a way that didn't really have that much to do with difficulty or skill that might be an easier to understand and less challenging looking replacement. But that's definitely something some people do like. If you do stuff like that you're not going to necessarily come on the internet and tell everyone. People know what they'll get a lot of the time if they do that so for that to go power level would have to be more engaging for a certain kind of player. But not let it be so stretched out that the numbers seem insurmountable to new people.
