(sent to room? kidding... now it's Mom's and all in between) In all seriousness, I'm 49 years old and started a clan with my friends of the same age group. full disclosure, today we range from age 25-60+. The commonality is the maturity our members have. We're not ageist, we're just more understanding :) We are now raiding multiple times a week with a pretty small clan roster. Each person retains their identity and you are not lost to "we need a body" mentality. The atmosphere of our runs and discord is awesome, it's laid back, humorous and fun to be in.
