Recently I’ve been experiencing a number of weird glitches I’ve never seen before. Firstly, I’ve been getting a lot of “elderberry” error codes. I’ve tried factory resetting both my PS5 and my Netgear Nighthawk router with no resolution. Additionally, I’ve been getting a glitch where I’ll load into an activity and no enemies will appear. Enemies can’t see/interact with me, and I can’t see/interact with them. I can, however, see and interact with my fireteam or blueberries. This will happen in any activity with PVE elements with the exception of Gambit (yet…). This happens either upon loading into an activity or going between loading zones. You can see in the video linked above I’m doing a Hunt on Europa and enemies are present in the beginning, but after a load zone, they disappear. And they never reappear even if I go back to the previous loading zone or continue to a later loading zone. The only solution I’ve found is to go to orbit and go back into the activity. I should note that this video is from the end of last season. The second video (below) is from this season. The second glitch I’ve been encountering at an increasingly frequent rate is with PVP. Moreso in Trials and Competitive than 6v6 modes. Occasionally in Rumble as well. The glitch is: as I’m flying into a match it will be in the “warp” screen forever. I waited close to an hour to load into a Trials match to avoid getting a flawed card, and even after everyone else left and I was the only one flying in, it continued to load the entire time. I tried another time playing with a friend and when the same glitch happened, after we waited about 10 minutes, I switched characters and immediately my friend said it loaded him into the Trials match. So this glitch seems to be affecting anyone that is connected with me. Basically i got the infinite loading glitch, I quit Destiny entirely from the PS5 Home Screen, then loaded Destiny back up. I saved recent gameplay just short, but about 2 minutes after saving that video the game gave me the “Are you still there?” Error and kicked me to orbit. I’ve gotten a competitive ban a couple of times (30 mins) from this glitch and that is what has prompted me to finally post about it as I don’t want a permanent ban or something for network issues and me trying to get Trials rewards.
