Hi there, thank you for your report.
We are aware of an issue with Vex Incursion, Terminal Overload, and patrols not counting toward this event challenge and are investigating a solution.
As a temporary workaround, the challenge can still be progressed by completing Lost Sectors, the HyperNet Current strike, or completing Lightfall story missions.

This happens every year and you stated this on the 19th and I still see no fix. If you had found a solution it's doubtful people would be mentioning this broken during the Witch Queen as well. The solution is obviously to get rid of it if you don't intend to fix it. Now boom there's only a week left and it's still quite busted. So my thing is why am I buying new content if things can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of time and are often released in a broken state? I've played the campaign on all three classes and I'm kind of thinking enduring a meh campaign all over again until this completes is a bit too much work. I'm also thinking that it might be too much work for me to pay money for Final Shape too. Do you see what I'm getting at here? Excuses can be made all the company wants but this isn't EA if you give excuses people won't blindly purchase or pre-order.
