dexterity/targeting/reloader/unflinching mods do not work once again
as a primarily pvp player, i have noticed that the above listed mods currently have 0 effect at least in pvp. my felwinters is swapping slower than ever, my lorentz is flinching and adsing slower than ever, etc. this was a bug at the launch of lightfall and has returned at the start of season of the deep. wallah briefly explains in the video above.
