Use Deterministic Chaos in the first part and then use an Until It's Return with Trench Barrel to rip Gladiator Calus to shreds. It's really not a hard fight. You can do that on the weekly legendary version too

I used lucky pants with malfeasance to rip calus a new one. Took down his shield with a MG and used super on final stand. On hard mode solo.
