Problem with deactivating cross save
I'm trying to deactivate cross save but it just comes up with an error, the error code is: ErrorCannotAuthorize, I've looked up that error code and it doesn't exist so I don't really know what to do right now.

1 ReplyAllo there, Try switching to another browser and then try to link again. If the problem persists try clearing your browser’s cache, cookies, and then use an incognito private window to link. If that doesn't work then you will need to speak to the support of the platform that has the issue with authorising.
