Fishing Bonus not completing

I have been trying to complete the fishing bonus however even after maxing focused fishing the quest didn't even update I attached a video of me catching all required fish and getting nothing

Same, I've tried all the workarounds people have suggested but efficient angler just doesn't progress for me
