Hello! I'm worried about my characters due to the fact that after today's update the characters disappeared on the site and there is no way to log in (chicken error). what could be?

From the way it seems bungie broke some things and they're trying to fix those things AKA our characters and our data considering you have someone like one guy I read a while ago who on two different Xboxes tested his account and his wife's account hers was fine his wasn't he can't see his data he could see hers and some people who've been playing for years it says they're a new light now they have to fix it.
