That’s because it was very early morning time where Bungie is. 5 hours ago was 2am PDT, it is now 7.40am PDT. Bungie Player Support team work normal office hours Monday - Friday, so they should be getting into the office shortly.

hey , they were in the office to start with. if they only work office hrs then why the hell start a background Maintenance at 2am there time and then tweet about issues for 3 hrs afterwards . bring bk the staff they put on Marathon ,as all the servers are -blam!- since they announced it was there nxt game.

A lot of Bungie’s staff work remotely. At 2am it’s very unlikely they were in the office, they were called up to deal with it. Anyway, Bungie is fully aware of these problems and looking into it.
